A fun and fragrant way to celebrate your birthday
For a birthday celebration that feels calm, creative and a little bit luxe, our candle making workshop offers a beautifully curated experience in a relaxed studio setting.
Guided by our experienced team, you and your guests will hand-pour an extra large, double-wicked candle using premium cocosoy wax. Choose from our curated fragrance collection, blend your own signature scent, and finish your candle with a sleek lid for a polished, gift-worthy result.
It’s an elegant, hands-on activity where every guest leaves with something beautiful, and the whole studio smells incredible by the end.

- This class is designed for an adult birthday party, but we’re happy to welcome teens aged 13 and up when they’re part of your guest list, for example, a younger sister or family member joining the celebration.
- We welcome all genders and identities in our inclusive space, and we’ll make sure everyone feels comfortable, supported, and part of the celebration.

- BYO is welcome! We provide glassware (wine or flute glasses), and you’re welcome to bring your own drinks.
- Doors open 10 minutes before your session. If you would like earlier access than this, it can be arranged for an additional fee.
- Children under 13 (including babies) can’t attend, as the space is not suitable for younger guests due to the materials and equipment used.
- We recommend leaving your candles behind to set properly, as they’ll still be soft at the end of the class. You’re welcome to come back and collect them another time.

To keep everything running smoothly, please note the following policies:
Cancellations
Due to the high demand for our classes and venue, all bookings are final and strictly non-refundable.
Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to the policy below:
- More than 14 days’ notice – no additional charges
- Less than 14 days’ notice – Rescheduling fee of 20% of booking value.
- Less than 7 days’ notice – booking will be forfeited unless we’re able to fill your time slot
Venue Hire
The door to your class will open 10 minutes before the start time. The venue won’t be accessible earlier than this.
Bookings run for 2 hours, and as we often have other sessions to prepare for, we kindly ask that the space is vacated no later than 5 minutes after your session ends.

To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit amount depends on your group size and will be confirmed during the booking process.
Final Numbers & Payment Timeline
• Final numbers must be confirmed 15 days before your event.
• The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event date.
An invoice will be prepared for the final balance, and the deposit amount is deducted from this.
