We have a minimum spend of $2,000 for all on-site events, which covers materials, setup, facilitation, and basic travel within the Sydney metro area.

Pricing depends on:

  • Group size
  • Activity selected
  • Customisations or branding (optional)

We offer reduced per-person rates for larger groups, and we’re happy to work within your budget. Just reach out with your guest numbers and preferred activity, and we’ll send you a tailored quote.

  • All materials, tools, and equipment for your chosen activity
  • Expert instructors to guide your team through the session
  • Setup, pack down, and cleaning
  • Paper table coverings (included for all classes)
  • Aprons (included for messier workshops such as painting)
  • Travel within Sydney metro (additional travel fees may apply for outer suburbs)

Some activities are more suited to large groups than others, we can help you choose the right one based on your numbers, goals, and logistics.

We cater to all group sizes, from small teams to events with 400+ people.

Whether you’re hosting a single session or need us to run multiple rounds throughout the day, we’ll tailor the setup to your needs.
We’ve previously run back-to-back 30-minute painting sessions and created “conveyor belt-style” diffuser classes to accommodate large university events, it all depends on what works best for your schedule and space.

Our standard workshops run for 1.5 to 2 hours, but we can customise the format to suit your needs.

Let us know your guest numbers and time restrictions, and we’ll propose the most effective format.

  • We ask that you provide tables and chairs
  • We do not supply floor coverings, so please consider this if your venue is carpeted
  • Rubbish removal is not included, but can be added for an additional charge. This cost will depend on the number of participants and the activity booked — let us know if you’d like it included in your quote.

The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event date, a separate invoice will be issued for the balance.
