A mindful, hands-on team experience
Our Soap Making workshop is a refreshing alternative to the usual social events – perfect for teams who want to connect while making something useful and beautiful.
In this hands-on session, your team will each make a full loaf of cold process soap, blending premium oils, mineral-rich clays, and their own custom scent. We’ll guide them through the steps, from mixing fragrances to decorating the tops with dried botanicals and salts.
We handle the lye prep in advance for safety, allowing your team to focus on the fun, tactile part of the process. It’s calm, beginner-friendly, and deeply satisfying.

- This class is designed for adult teams and workplaces, but we’re happy to welcome participants aged 16 and up if they’re a part of the team.
- We welcome all genders and identities in our inclusive space and will ensure every team member feels comfortable, supported, and part of the experience.
- For safety reasons, this class is alcohol-free. Guests must not consume alcohol before or during the session, as we’ll be working with lye. This class is perfect for morning or midday bookings, and ideal for wellness-focused, sober or simply calm celebrations.
- All guests will need to wear a long-sleeved top and have long hair tied back.
- Doors open 10 minutes before your session. If you require earlier access, we can arrange this for an additional fee – just let us know in advance.
- For safety reasons, children under 16 (including babies) are not permitted in the studio due to the materials and equipment used.
- We recommend leaving your candles behind to set properly, as they’ll still be soft at the end of the class. You’re welcome to come back and collect them another time.
- If you’d like to keep your mould, you’re welcome to purchase it on the day for $15. Otherwise, you can leave it with us and we’ll cut your soap the next day, someone from your group can pop in to collect them. If you plan to purchase the moulds, each person must bring one tea towel each to wrap their soap for the journey home. Please don’t bring shared towels – it’s one tea towel per mould.

Cancellations
Due to the high demand for our classes and venue, all bookings are final and strictly non-refundable.
Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to the policy below:
- More than 14 days’ notice – no additional charges
- Less than 14 days’ notice – Rescheduling fee of 20% of booking value.
- Less than 7 days’ notice – booking will be forfeited unless we’re able to fill your time slot
Venue Hire
The door to your class will open 10 minutes before the start time. The venue won’t be accessible earlier than this.
Bookings run for 2 hours, and as we often have other sessions to prepare for, we kindly ask that the space is vacated no later than 5 minutes after your session ends.

To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit amount depends on your group size and will be confirmed during the booking process.
Final Numbers & Payment Timeline
• Final numbers must be confirmed 8 days before your event.
• The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event date.
An invoice will be prepared for the final balance, and the deposit amount is deducted from this.
